AI Credits
How AI credits
work?
One pool for the whole firm. No meter-watching.
Every seat with AI adds 200 credits to the firm’s shared pool. A credit is a unit of an associate’s work: a quick answer is 1 credit, a contract review – a few, research – a dozen or so.
The pool is shared – nobody is billed individually and nobody has to watch a meter. Billing from 5 seats means even a 2-person firm starts with a pool of 1,000 credits.
If the pool runs out, you top it up. Nothing switches off in the middle of a matter.

about pricing
01 We are a 2-person firm - is WOLF for us?
Yes. Billing starts at 5 seats (from PLN €49/mo on Intelligence), but the entire pool of 1,000 credits is yours – two lawyers work intensively with AI without topping up. The minimum is an offer, not a barrier.
02 What happens when the AI credits run out?
The pool is shared by the whole firm and renews every month. When it runs out, you buy a top-up: 100 credits for €25 or 500 for €100. Nothing switches off mid-work – no matter is left half-done.
03 Can I start with Intelligence and move to Premium?
Yes – that’s the natural path. Same interface, same data, zero migration: moving to Premium means switching on the firm modules in the workspace you already work in.
04 Is my firm's data safe?
Every firm gets a dedicated, isolated instance in Poland. Sensitive data is pseudonymised before it reaches AI models, and the architecture is designed around legal professional privilege. AI processing happens in the EU, under data-processing agreements and a zero-retention rule.
05 What does onboarding look like?
AI-helper onboarding is free: the “First run” assistant walks you through configuration step by step. Full onboarding with migration of data from your current system is optional – a one-off €600, up to 12 h of the onboarding team’s work.
06 Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. You bill monthly, or annually with a -17% discount (2 months free) – the choice is yours and requires no annual commitment.
07 How much is an additional administrative seat?
On Workspace and Premium the first two administrative seats are free. Each additional one is billed at the Workspace seat price – €59/mo.
08 Do you build features on request?
We develop WOLF4® along a roadmap shared by all firms. We take requests seriously and assess them for value to the whole community – the best ideas ship for everyone.
